I've been in Healthcare since 1997 and can honestly say HealthcareSource is my favorite. Our HR team must really pay attention to 'right fit' when selecting new hires because we only seem to hire fantastic people! We have fabulous benefits and management makes all employees feel valued.

HR was pretty clear about the steps I'd be going through during the recruitment process. I enjoyed meeting the team members and being allowed to ask questions.

Teamwork is the norm here. When you have a large project you let your team know and they schedule time in their day to pitch in until the work is complete. No complaining and always more offers of help than you need. Positive attitudes abound.

Our leadership is as transparent as possible at all times as well as being kind, compassionate and thoughtful. Our leaders rally around our staff in tough times and work side by side to tackle the tough topics. They also stand by a strong work/life balance at every opportunity without repercussions.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
Working from home is the normal now but I've been doing it for 10yrs. We are the rock stars of virtual meetings and chats... even though we don't see each other every day in-person we always feel close to one another because we're in constant communication about both work AND life outside of work.
