Our leaders at HealthcareSource are extremely committed, to our career development, to our company's development and success and also very much committed to our client's and their success! The HCS Executive team all are brilliant examples of strong leadership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HMO benefits package was the most generous I have ever had.
In my current role I am able to see my efforts pay off directly via my compensation. I am able to benefit from the help of others as well. Having a compensation plan that allows your coworkers to help benefit you, really instills a strong team culture.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It truly feels like everyone is working together to support our clients.
There are too many things to name! Our positive outreach to clients, the amount of effort put in this year to be able to adapt and still benefit our clients, our constant culture of appreciation within the organization, leaders having an open door and ear for feedback.
