There is a big focus on work life balance and achieving that together as a company. No one is one their own to attempt to do this themselves.

Communication between CEO and new team members. It would be beneficial if we had a yearly check-in with the CEO, even if only for 15 minutes to review how our year has gone.

They treat their coworkers fairly and respectfully. They take the time to help new team members grow and develop their personal skillsets. They act professionally and as if everyone got paid the same amount.

The leadership team is always willing to hope on a call quick call to further explain something or help to brainstorm a solution. They create a team of leaders and help to grow everyone at the company.

There were multiple interviews and groups of people within the comapny that interviewed me. I even had an interview with the CEO which isn't usually part of the interview process. It shows that he cares about each and every one of his employees.

The interview process for HireClix was the best interview experience I've had so far in my career. I had five interviews, all via different methods. I spoke to different departments, employees at different stages in their career, the HR department and the CEO. It was very inclusive.
