What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is extremely supportive.

I like how we are all treated like individuals that have their own lives outside of work. If something personal comes up or your mental health is low and you need to take time off then it's encouraged.
The socializing we have in the office and outside of it as well.

It is a safe place to learn and everyone is included, no matter who they are and what their background is!
The fact that it doesn't feel like you're walking into work but rather going to work with friends. The dogs are also a huge plus.
There is a big focus on work life balance and achieving that together as a company. No one is one their own to attempt to do this themselves.

The most positive part about the environment here is how well everyone gets along. It's a very comfortable place to work in, and everyone is always willing to teach or lend a helping hand. Nobody ever makes you feel less than for not knowing something.
