HireClix has been a great entry level job for me and I have gained a lot of experience. The people I work with are always welcoming and friendly. The unlimited PTO has allowed me to have life experiences that I would not be able to experience if PTO wasn't so flexible.

Everyone is a team player and we're always looking out for one another. I feel comfortable communicating with the team when I'm struggling or needing help.

I feel comfortable speaking up when there are issues. It feels like everyone is open to feedback and willing to work with one another through the issue.

I like how we are all treated like individuals that have their own lives outside of work. If something personal comes up or your mental health is low and you need to take time off then it's encouraged.
