Human Touch – Customer service is terrible. They recommend a part for my PC610 chair, but they will not take it back when THEIR service man says it's the wrong part. I paid $490 to be told I had the wrong parts. Human Touch now wants another $450 for the parts to fix the chair but will not refund other money.
