Respect the people that make them money. Easy right.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Cost of benefits are reasonable with lots of options to choose from.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
increased compensation with a new position that has increased amount of responsibility, annual raises seem minuscule also. Rather a better raise than a small bonus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun group of people that care about each other and they job they do.

Be more personable and respect others
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great company culture, take care of the employees
We have some fun events, workout room, ping pong table and the location is nice. Also the 9/80 work schedule is a big plus for my family

What do you like best about your company?
Work with some really great coworkers, employees are very friendly, genuinely nice caring people. Benefits are above average and the 9/80 work week is an amazing perk.
