Good company to work for
Customer service is terrible. They recommend a part for my PC610 chair, but they will not take it back when THEIR service man says it's the wrong part. I paid $490 to be told I had the wrong parts. Human Touch now wants another $450 for the parts to fix the chair but will not refund other money.
Customer Service takes forever and is not helpful or conscientious .
Love my job, the people and the culture. I have every other Friday off which is fantastic. Great benefits and work/life balance as well.
