The Benefits themselves and the period of time to obtain the full benefit package is much longer than prior employers.

The good part is, we do not spend so much time in meetings we can't get our work completed. The Managers meetings are structured well.

The submission process was easy. The recruiter was awesome. The onboarding experience could be improved upon. I think that COVID changed the approach drastically.
