Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable with most having an open door policy.
Very attentive a hard worker very understanding, as well as humble, very strict and tightknit. When it comes to patient care I couldn't ask for another manager/team leader going through this experience.
Overall very attentive, understanding as well as humble very tight, knit and and strick when it comes to her workers and dealing with patient care you can go to her about anything I wouldn't trade her for nobody in the world as a manager nor a team leader.
The best thing about the leadership team is that they are available and reachable.
Empathetic, knowledgeable and prompt. This is a very comfortable working environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Meeting the needs of their employees both monetarily and personally
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The package offers lots of benefits that include family.
There are actually two items - the cost of the health benefits and the retirement plan.
Defined benefit plan and really reasonable premiums for medical.

I have found the health insurance to be better than others I've had.
Probably the pay. My only concern is the vesting period for retirement (15 vs. 10 years). I was not grandfathered into the previous retirement plan so I feel I missed out on the shorter period and at my age it matters.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A fair market wage that meets the standards of cost of living
The compensation is based more on what is determined internally vs the State of Michigan's compensation for the same and similar roles. There is a minimum of a 10K difference.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity, we all bring something different to the office.
This group is constantly looking at creative ways to get people not only employed in the medical center but excited to be here and stay.

We look out for each and we make our customers top priorty.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Employees must be willing to collaborate towards the success of the organization's task at hand and not what benefits their own agenda.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feedback is encouraged. Positive coworkers and leaders.
The CEO and the company are always striving to offer programs geared towards our mental well being, like wellness, diversity, employee assistance, and fun promotions.
We take time to provide support to each other.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My position was explained to me along with the dynamics of how things are ran.
It was long ago so I can't really remember.
The comfort and straight forward questions. It also didn't take long for a decision.

Knowing what I do has an impact and makes a difference for our employees. Helping them through the unknown components of their needs.
Knowing that my work is valued.
