Open door policy, the CEO is as available to every employee as the direct supervisor. The leadership team does make decisions that are best for the organization as a whole.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Defined benefit plan and really reasonable premiums for medical.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is based more on what is determined internally vs the State of Michigan's compensation for the same and similar roles. There is a minimum of a 10K difference.

The comfort and straight forward questions. It also didn't take long for a decision.

That it was a panel interview. First time being interviewed by a panel.

The submission process was easy. The recruiter was awesome. The onboarding experience could be improved upon. I think that COVID changed the approach drastically.
