Ms. Stacey M. Stevens serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer at iCAD, Inc. Ms. Stevens served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at iCAD, Inc. since February 2016. Ms. Stevens served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at iCAD, Inc. since June 2006. She served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Xoft, Inc. She served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at iCAD, Inc. since June 2006 until February 2016. During 16 years, she has served in a variety of sales, business development and marketing management positions with Philips Medical Systems, Agilent Technologies and Hewlett Packard's Healthcare Solutions Group (which was acquired in 2001 by Philips Medical Systems). Ms. Stevens served as Vice President of Marketing Planning at Philips Medical Systems, where she was responsible for the leadership of all global marketing planning functions for Philips' Healthcare Business. From 2003 to 2005, she served as Vice President of Marketing of the Cardiac and Monitoring Systems Business Unit of Philips where she was responsible for all marketing and certain direct sales activities for the America's Field Operation. Prior to that, she held several key marketing management positions in the Ultrasound Business Unit of Hewlett-Packard/Agilent. Ms. Stevens holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Boston University's Graduate School of Management.

Annette Heroux serves as Vice President of administration of icad Inc. Ms. Heroux served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of icad Inc. from July 1999 to September 2006. Ms. Heroux served as Controller of icad Inc., since October 1998 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She joined icad Inc. in October 1987 as Accounting Manager. Prior to icad Inc., Ms. Heroux served from 1980 to 1987 for Laurier, Inc., in various financial and managerial capacities.

Mr. R. Scott Areglado has been an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Xoft, Inc. since September 26, 2016. Mr. Areglado has been Vice President and Corporate Controller at iCAD, Inc since May 2011. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of iCAD, Inc. from September 23, 2016 to December 5, 2016. He has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. He served as Vice President of Finance and Controller at Merge Healthcare Solutions Inc. From 2005 to 2010, he served as Vice President of Finance and Controller of AMICAS Inc. He was a Certified Public Accountant from 1990 to 2007. Mr. Areglado holds an MBA from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a BBA from the University of Massachusetts.

Mr. Richard C. Christopher, also known as Rich, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of iCAD, Inc. since December 5, 2016 and serves as its Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. Christopher served as the Chief Financial Officer of Caliber Imaging & Diagnostics, Inc. since March 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of DUSA Pharmaceuticals Inc. since January 2005 until 2012 and served as Principal Accounting Officer. Previously, he served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Business Analysis of DUSA Pharmaceuticals Inc. from January 1, 2004 to February 16, 2005. Mr. Christopher joined Dusa Pharmaceuticals in December 2000. He served as Director, Financial Planning and Analysis at DUSA Pharmaceuticals Inc. In December 2012, he oversaw the sale of DUSA Pharmaceuticals to Sun Pharmaceuticals for $230 million, a 38 percent premium to market. Prior to joining Dusa Pharmaceuticals, he was the North American Cost Accounting Manager for Grace Construction Products, a unit of W.R. Grace & Co. from April 1999 to December 2000. Prior to joining Grace Construction Products, Mr. Christopher was employed by the Boston Edison Company from March 1996 to April 1999. He holds a masters of science degree in accounting from Suffolk University in Boston and a bachelor of science degree in finance from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Mr. Jonathan Go has been the Senior Vice President of Research and Development for icad Inc. since October 24, 2006. Mr. Go has more than 20 years of technical and management experience in the medical industry with expertise in the field of 2D & 3D visualization, PACS storage and workflow, software development and DICOM. He served as Vice President of Engineering at Merge eMed, a provider of RIS/PACS solutions for imaging centers, specialty practices and hospitals. Mr. Go was responsible for product management, development, testing and systems integration for all of eMed's products. During his nine year tenure, he supervised the development of several new product lines including the industry's first .net based PACS platform, the first NAS based PACS archive and the first web-based image and report distribution product. Mr. Go served as Director of Engineering of Cedara Software, a provider of custom engineered software applications and development tools for the medical imaging OEMs. He built the workstation program at Cedara. Mr. Go was also a key member of the initial engineering team that developed Cedara's imaging application platform. Mr. Go earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Science in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Kamal C. Gogineni serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Radion, Inc. Mr. Gogineni has been Chief Commercial Officer of Oncology Solutions at iCAD, Inc. and Xoft, Inc., since May 23, 2016 and serves as Senior Vice President of Oncology Solutions. Mr. Gogineni's experience and career spans more than 20 years, successfully building businesses that have delivered high value and accelerated growth in health care, software and engineering. He served as the President of DermEbx, Inc. Mr. Gogineni founded Radion, Inc. He was the Founder and Investor of DermEbx, a healthcare solutions company that created an integrated network and a collaborative platform delivering oncology solutions to physician practices. He also founded Techquest in 1998, a workflow and infrastructure asset management software business that licensed large scale managed solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Gogineni serves on various boards and committees in healthcare and related fields. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Industrial Technology with specialization in CAD and Robotics.

Annette Heroux serves as the VP of Finance of iCAD. Annette started at iCAD in Jul of 1999. Annette currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.

Rodney Hawkins serves as the Vice President of Marketing - Cancer Detection of iCAD. Rodney started at iCAD in Sep of 2015. Rodney currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
