Long tenure - many team members have worked together for many years. This builds trust and accountability. The team is always quick to support each other with moving deadlines and project needs.

Respect and accountability to each other and to those we work with (clients, subconsultants, contractors, etc.) Caring for each other - work life balance is difficult, but being able to empathize with each other and support each other fosters a strong team.

Transparency - I feel like I am well informed with the direction and goals of the company. Inclusion - Staff have the ability to be included in committees, technical teams, and collaboration between offices. It does not feel transactional, but feels collaborative.
