I love my job and the value my work brings to the company's success. Knowing that my work is valued, and my success is celebrated with my peers makes me happy.

It's very inclusive. Even with a majority of employees being remote, we still have close working relationships with everyone. Our daily huddles to laugh and share positive events in our life bring us closer.

Everyone comes from diverse backgrounds and have a wide range of interests and talents. You can find something in common with pretty much everyone and if not, they are excited to talk to you about something new.

The endless accrual of PTO. As a salaried employee any overtime is transferred into PTO extra PTO. Also, being able to have a reset week at the end of the year allows for more quality time with my family.
