What is the best part about your compensation package?
Taking care of our team by providing earned PTO for extra hours worked during busy season.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally, I took a pay cut to fill the role that I am currently filling. This is honestly the only not great part of my situation within incite. However, It was discussed that if I were to hit the ground running and be productive that Incite does not wait to for annual reviews to reward employees.

I never feel like Incite is just trying to squeeze productivity out of their staff. They put your well being first and it's clear how to be successful at your role.
