The most positive is staff development. No traditional accounting firm garbage where only the "good old boys/gals" succeed. The openness of every team member to help etc.

This is the most competitive package I have ever seen in the accounting industry, especially for non licensed staff. The benefits themselves will be improved over time I hope in regard to the price of health, but there is still no competition.

I feel fulfilled here at incite. I am able to work fully remote. This allows me to be around my family more due to the loss of what was a 1 1/2 hour one way commute (so 3 hours a day in commute alone).

They genuinely care about their people. Of course, they are concerned about the well being of the business as well, however, it is sincerely driven by a desire to make the lives of accounting firm employees better. Incites goal to revolutionize the accounting industry is not just hype.
