I've been here 5... 6? 6 weeks now, and it is the best employment I've ever had. Management is great, coworkers are great, hours are great, compensation is great- My only concern has been doing enough to give back to Indico

Obvious interest in their employees, Erica and Scott have both been very supportive, guiding factors in my onboarding. Michael and Brandi are both very keen to making a positive difference to their teams.

Just everything. Being work from home, the fact that I can set the schedule and pace of most days, the culture of my team(s), knowing the work is well valued and compensated. Management is guiding, but not overbearing.
