What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO that we are encouraged to take improves my quality of life tremendously.
comp plan is properly aligned with objectives and I have good visibility into achieving the objectives set.
Even part-time employees get paid holidays and paid vacation days.
My salary is probably the best portion of my compensation
Uncapped commission structure and the potential to make more. Also now getting a percentage of deals closed is pretty cool
the benefits are on par with some other well known jobs that provide excellent health benefits (education)

I think my salary is average for my skill level and experience. Salaries are getting higher in my field and inflation is scary so I consider the salary something that could be improved upon at this time. Otherwise, the options package is good, but the final value somewhat unpredictable.
