I appreciate the reasoned, well thought out approach to addressing our GTM plans, addressing customer/prospect opportunities, and balancing competing needs/priorities.
They take the time to engage with and involve employees at all levels of the company, creating a strong sense of belonging amongst employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO that we are encouraged to take improves my quality of life tremendously.
comp plan is properly aligned with objectives and I have good visibility into achieving the objectives set.
Even part-time employees get paid holidays and paid vacation days.
My salary is probably the best portion of my compensation
Uncapped commission structure and the potential to make more. Also now getting a percentage of deals closed is pretty cool
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The offers I get for lower positions elsewhere outshine the compensation package I get at indico.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The engineering team has some of the brightest and most dedicated people I've ever worked with. Beyond that, they're compassionate and supportive. Some places can feel like a competition, but here it really feels like a team working together to achieve a goal.

Having a human-centric culture at a remote-first AI company are best aspects of working in the modern world

What makes you most happy at work?
Completing a project is a great feeling!
I like that we can come together, have a serious debate, and find the best path forward. Sometimes we find it together, and sometimes the boss makes an informed decision, but it's all collaborative.
Being able to work independently while being included in team meetings and having close contact with my team and supervisor
work that feels purposeful; ability to work with smart, thoughtful, caring teammates
Getting to the root of a problem, then designing and implementing a solution for it. Nothing more gratifying than having my work become a core piece of our product/process
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need the ability to demo and highlight more use cases.
