They are great at identifying pain points in our process and keeping all of the teams unified in an effort to overcome those issues
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to the root of a problem, then designing and implementing a solution for it. Nothing more gratifying than having my work become a core piece of our product/process
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy how comfortable it is to drop into a working session on slack to problem-solve. Despite being remote, it feels like walking up to someone's desk to get some work done quickly
