Everyone is really knowledgeable, kind, and willing to work together on any problem that comes up. It's easy to ask questions and discuss problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the product, our customers, and the employees. The people who work here are valued and not just seen as a resource that costs money and to see that they are passionate about the product.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The engineering team has some of the brightest and most dedicated people I've ever worked with. Beyond that, they're compassionate and supportive. Some places can feel like a competition, but here it really feels like a team working together to achieve a goal.
