Many leaders are unapproachable and cliquish. Also, they lack in providing clear guidance and direction. I do not feel safe with this company.

They need to keep up with maintenance and training. Also, they should critically look at the leaders.

Bonus is part of comp and they don't seem capable to meet targets. Vacation and sick versus PTO is low.

Treating all their staff respectfully and not just their favorites. They need to stop discussing personnel issues so openly with staff. Leaders berate staff in front of others (I've seen this more than once). They need to be more open in communication.
