What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focus on sustainability, Wellbeing and success.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating all their staff respectfully and not just their favorites. They need to stop discussing personnel issues so openly with staff. Leaders berate staff in front of others (I've seen this more than once). They need to be more open in communication.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care, bonus, company car, special offer and discount, welfare
Fair pay and benefits and time off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus is part of comp and they don't seem capable to meet targets. Vacation and sick versus PTO is low.
Knowing i had to do it for family
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ones who positively interact are nice to speak with when you feel like others aren't eavesdropping to tell management.
We are supportive, we understand and love our product.

It was straightforward and didn't drone on with a ton of questions.
