What is the best part about your compensation package?
They share the earnings wth the employees. Almost every year weve receved a 20% bonus

Fair pay and benefits and time off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus is part of comp and they don't seem capable to meet targets. Vacation and sick versus PTO is low.
