You can no longer simply apply or be referred by a current employee to work there. You must pass an aptitude test as well as a grammar and punctuation test. Only those who meet or beat the top 10% of the team's over-all composite score are offered a job. Actually, we're short handed at the moment...

Although the CEO can be rude and quick-tempered, he works harder than anyone I've ever met. We regularly receive emails or Skype chats between 3- 4 am, and he's the first one we hear from in the morning at 9am, if not earlier. I'm not sure he sleeps. I've heard he naps during the day. Inspires us.

There are days that make you wish you had stayed in bed. But, most of the time it's pretty fun, actually. Marc G, the CEO doesn't take "NO" or "We can't..." for an answer. His most used line: "Don't tell me you've hit a wall, tell me when you've found the door, because there's always a door."
