They are ALWAYS asking US (engineers, designers, customer service specialists) for new ideas on making anything at all “better, easier, quicker etc... nearly all of us has had at least 2 or 3 of our suggestions accepted and deployed. True teamwork.

Although the CEO can be rude and quick-tempered, he works harder than anyone I've ever met. We regularly receive emails or Skype chats between 3- 4 am, and he's the first one we hear from in the morning at 9am, if not earlier. I'm not sure he sleeps. I've heard he naps during the day. Inspires us.

The better the company performs the higher our pay. It created a sense of comradely that I’ve never experienced in any job I’ve held.

As the company grows, so grows our income. It's based on company not individual performance. This is an excellent way to keep everyone pulling on the same side of the rope... as opposed to the typical "tug-o-war" mentality. And it's worked.

Short and “get to the point” meetings, which are always held standing around the conference table instead of sitting at it.

You can no longer simply apply or be referred by a current employee to work there. You must pass an aptitude test as well as a grammar and punctuation test. Only those who meet or beat the top 10% of the team's over-all composite score are offered a job. Actually, we're short handed at the moment...

There are days that make you wish you had stayed in bed. But, most of the time it's pretty fun, actually. Marc G, the CEO doesn't take "NO" or "We can't..." for an answer. His most used line: "Don't tell me you've hit a wall, tell me when you've found the door, because there's always a door."

We have built a very revolutionary platform with benefits the customers can’t find anywhere else. The process of taking an idea and building a successful business with it, is very cool and we are very proud to have all had some input on many important issues.
