How employees describe working at Integral Ad Science
After 3 years in, I noticed a huge gap in transparency about everything -- new initiatives before they are launched so there is room for feedback/improvement from lower level staff, base salary range on job profiles, getting at least 3% raise each year if company performed well
Overall, my experience at IAS has been positive and would recommend to a friend. I am happy to represent the company by wearing branded gears and hopefully gain more IAS knowledge to confidently sell our company to clients and beyond.
I lost my job at Oracle through no fault of my own, and ended up here at IAS. The entire experience has been a blessing in disguise. I am very happy to be working at IAS. And I look forward to finding ways to grow the company internally and externally.
There is a bit of chaos, but chaos is opportunity to make large improvements if there is an appetite. We need to stoke that appetite more.

Our benefits are pretty comprehensive. Health, dental, vision, and other standard insurance policies provided. 401k match, FSA benefits, unlimited vacation time, stock options, snacks in the office, lunch on Fridays, and early close on Fridays in the summer.
