how approachable they have been with me. What I love about InvestCloud is that the leadership team is involved with everyone in the organization, and there is no "red-tape"

I like the open-feedback loop - I feel like we can be open with eachother and talk through any problem we're trying solve, but also give eachother frank and constructive feedback. In our team, we are all invested in eachothers growth and success

We have a great culture in the T2 sales team - starting with Rob and down to the sales reps, we're very open with each other. I've only been at InvestCloud for 3 months (majority of which has been remote), and I feel so close with my team.
