Our leadership team is open-minded and always challenge me to do my best.

They are engaged! They are also always available and involved in projects vs. other companies I've worked at where the executive team are behind closed doors and not available.

They are always visible and leading the team. I've worked in companies where executives stay in their offices and you never get access to them. It's not like that at InvestCloud.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we all work well together and support each other in all our projects.

My team work very well together even some of us are remote (even before Covid-19). Everyone has respect for each other and we support what each of us is bringing to the table.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone helps everyone else and has a great sense of humor.

In these times where we are all remote, InvestCloud goes above and beyond to keep employee engagement high. We have virtual coffee hours, employee wellness meetings, and "At Home with..." series. All of these "extras" help keep us all involved.

There are many groups and lots of opportunities to interact. We do everything from virtual coffee hours to burpee challenges to team sports to cookie bake-offs.

It was challenging and not all the questions were general. I got to meet a lot of people and get a feel for the company culture.
