The work is very rewarding. Co-workers are great. The kids and families are cute and fun. It is so rewarding to see progress and also to know that we are heling families. The flexibility is really great. I love my job.

Overall, my experience is very positive. Yes, there are high expectations, but with such a positive culture, these expectations are very motivating. I truly feel a desire to work hard to contribute to the betterment of our company. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive of each other. It's great!

Overall I have had a wonderful experience with working here. I have grown a lot and increased my knowledge and capacity for service. There is always room for improvement and I think the KOTM is working towards that improvment.
