As previously mentioned, a Cost of Living and or performance raise. All we're told is NO while CEO continues to get raises for doing a "good" job. Its an insult to exceptional employees.
Direct supervisor/director is great. Does an excellent job in balancing pressure from above and from below her position. Corporate level management is overpaid and out of touch with the troops who make profits for them. NO COL or performance raises for employess while executives get 20-30% increases
