Corporate level management is overpaid and out of touch with the troops who make profits for them. NO COL or performance raises for employess while executives get 20-30% increases

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Fairness, it is a cult if friends all whom cover for each other.

Work with the staff, willingness to listen to issues

Listening, caring, being decent humans.

Hiring their friends and letting go of good people.

Communication, empathy and better understanding of employees time

Compensation and benefits. They are far from being competetive with the other major healthcare systems in the country.

PATIENT CARE...INSTEAD OF GETTING A SALARY OF 2.75 MIL..RAISE THE EMPLOYEE SALARY AND SPEND ON PATIENTS

Improve management skills to better manage employee's and their needs specifically. The management skills are so poor it's sad.
