What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Allow for each branch to have say and hire without a 3-4 week process that keeps getting worse.
Increase honestly from team when potential enoloyees ask questions.
Should be using factual information that isn’t misleading about their expectations of what is required throughout the week and on call requireme
Actually talk about skills and what attributes the employee brings to the table. Also being honest about the hostile environment that management creates for their employees.
Have people who are qualified interview the new hires hr never gave a orientation for me
