Horrible management is terrible and there is no incentive to do your job correctly those who do get punished for not doing more and those who don't just get to skate by

I feel undervalued because those who work harder are always given more and more and those who don't work hard get to go on like nothing is wrong. The pay is not proportionate to the job.

Everything is wrong here. the homes that are being built are horrible there is always something terribly wrong with them. and it falls back to those who didn't build them. the way the customers are treated is horrible. there is no fixing this.
