Worked for them for 2-1/2 years. At first it was ok then it went downhill by the 1st event. They expect you to do so much work for $21 hour. When they can just hire another team for the excessive work they put on you. You don't get no reward but a button for your great performance. RUN!!!!!

  • Like a shit show. Tina Merkousricu needs to go back to Canada.

  • HR didn't want to deal with anything outside their office cubicles and made us hire, train, and reprimand all the employees. They were bolstered by the leadership team that also wouldn't involve themselves with anything unless it interested/advantaged them like a media opportunity, face time with a celebrity or any other self-serving endeavor. They fired the entire concessions staff and other office personnel without so much as a "Thank you for your service" or "We're sorry it had to come to this." The Director just told us to get our things out of the office. Levy @ Wrigley is cold blooded and one of the most sadistic organizations in Sports and Entertainment.

  • TERRRRRRRRIBLE. We didnt have an HR manager for 2+ months and I had to act as HR in the interim. Also didnt get any type of thanks or raise for that.

  • Somewhat flexible, but event based hours are grueling

  • Hours are long and event focused - regularly requiring 12-16 hour shifts. 80+ hour work weeks are the normal for Levy Restaurants.

  • I would say this ..if you consistently show up on time and perform your job in the company - I am talking at the level of our building managers - they will try to help you and work with you on scheduling

  • Very difficult to live off of $380 every week.

  • Almost impossible. Levy tends to suck up as much free time as possible. If you take a salaried position here, expect to seldom see family/friends and to have significant difficulty taking vacation

  • Approximately an hour. And for my initial position, there were multiple interviews.

  • depends on whether it is a job fair day - but the interviews should not last more than about 10 minutes once started. If they like you they might hire you that day. if they ask you back for a 2nd interview your hiring is mostly guaranteed.
