being a fan based person, the gratified look on the faces after I have served them a drink is priceless. Sometimes, it is their first experience coming to an actual game. I know that I have made a contribution to a memory that might last a lifetime. Customers loved being pampered. They get it.

Stay consistent. If you say no tatoos, them dont hire someone with them up and down their face amd arms. It set the tone from the very first few minutes. Which was followmour rules but as management....we won't.
