What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about my workplace culture and enviroment is the guest and their families and extended guest
the staff (the coworkers) because our HR refuses to help when needed

being a fan based person, the gratified look on the faces after I have served them a drink is priceless. Sometimes, it is their first experience coming to an actual game. I know that I have made a contribution to a memory that might last a lifetime. Customers loved being pampered. They get it.

It can actually be a fun place to work because of the different events. Meeting new people. There is some inviting people at work that is friendly.
I keep thinking of the video i saw in orientation. It makes you feel like you ate a part of something great. There are a few co workers i enjoy seeing when i come to work.
The customers make my day its thesmile and energy i recieve that make the day so positive

It needs morale, it has none. It needs someone who can and be a leader in boosting morale.
The managers need to do better
Treat us like humans, not robots
Rewarding the people who consistently overperform and get the job done in areas that aren't the most desirable management positions.
Structure, training and hiring appropriate number of staff
Overhaul of management, people who care about their team would be nice
We are humans not robots. We have a family life.
Such a joke, they do not live up to their value and we don't hire nice people. That's a joke. HR is mean.

our managers , especially the HR department need to remember to encourage the mostly positive aspects of all our workers and foster a positive environment , there problem is they have not the back bone to properly discipline the bad apples.
