
What I liked most about my rehiring process was that it was not my managers decision to rehire me. Because of their retailiation practices towards me for reporting things.

It was more of a conversation rather than being grilled with questions meant to trick your mind.
This feels like a trick question. I was fortunate to get an interveiw. The people i spoke with were professional at least.

Caring about who they hire
Stay consistent. If you say no tatoos, them dont hire someone with them up and down their face amd arms. It set the tone from the very first few minutes. Which was followmour rules but as management....we won't.

the company has a bad track record about following up on interviews for potential applicants ..in my case it took 5 months and several phone calls to lock them down for the second interview.
