We are all getting killed and not appreciated
Our ability to get the job done despite other people's incompetence, as well as reacting to the many variables of working in one of the busiest stadiums in the country.
Everyone is on the same common ground
Cooperation and camaraderie and we genuinely like one another.
Most of us work together great but some of staff members slack off & deliberately hide from doing work. Our supervisors know this & they don't try to fix the problem.

They are great for the most part, just overworked. Which this will create unnecessary stress and tension between us.

Some employees are unapproachable when you speak they look at you with a grumpy face. Need to work on being team players. We dont have work meetings at all. We dont have incentives at all.
We dont have work meetings. When a task needs to be done maybe 1 or 2 employess will start on task while the other employees go hide or act like they doing something else so they wont have to prepare for event .
