We are all getting killed and not appreciated

Some employees are unapproachable when you speak they look at you with a grumpy face. Need to work on being team players. We dont have work meetings at all. We dont have incentives at all.
We dont have work meetings. When a task needs to be done maybe 1 or 2 employess will start on task while the other employees go hide or act like they doing something else so they wont have to prepare for event .
