What do you like best about the leadership team?

They ate an amazing group of leaders.

Posted a month ago

leadership team in Atlanta is horrible at State Farm Arena. They work against staff and not with staff.

Teamwork every time I work for the team

Friendly attitudes with sternness and receptive to employees advice.

They know how to take care of their employees

How everyone cares about each other.

Review from HR Dept

I like them, the HR manager (Rhiannon Covey) is the best employee here and has my heart.

Review from HR Dept

They are very presentable and speak very well. They are extremely patient and kind.

Review from HR Dept

They work hard, but they don't have a choice.

They listen and offer solutions.

You have to complete the mission before you start being a good leadership

I like how you could just supervise new people bc the experience that you have

Approachable and they make everyday exciting

Everyone is helpful and they show me how we cook.

I like that they are helpful

They help each other and work as strong team

they could give out more detailed information

Support of our team consistently

They all are here to help and step in when needed, they wouldnt ask you to do somthking they wouldnt. Always have an open ear for complaints or suggestions or reccomendations. Push you to succeed.

We have one of best manager at TD Place.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

accepting new ideas that work as opposed to being crybabies about it

Understand that we are humans, not robots.

Communication between management and supervisors needs to be improved

Supporting middle management and hiring the appropriate numbers of staff.

We need communication from HR & our direct leaders.

Complete overload. Toxic imdividuals. Id start with character testing before hiring. These people lack pragmatics/social intelligence.

Review from Operations Dept

They need training. None of them know anything about leading teams.

They are a bunch of sleazeballs

Need to remember that we are human beings not machines.

Listening and taking care of their employees.

Training, leadership, accountability, support, communication

Review from Operations Dept

they have no interpersonal skills , they would rather write you up for a small infraction of negligible consequence that address the situation , they are more concerned about their yearly bonuses and do what they can to attain them , such as cutting and overworking staff personnel.

Review from Operations Dept

Treating their employees better with good raises.

Poor leadership, out of touch with staff in the field

Review from Finance Dept

Need to train employees- no training- no safety training

The leadership team needs to better at Communication ,training and execution of the levy way

Beinf fair , not being liars , not sleeping with people they work with , not finding ways to hurt someone just because you dont like them .

Team work at work- better strutcure- organization- listen to employees points

Team work- structure- ambition- presentation

A new leader and someone else to run the business
