The leadership team here is great with communication, amazing with making us feel like we are actually a part of a team and listens to the opinions of all. Added bonus, they are pretty funny!

BEST TEAM TO WORK WITH! Each individual has their own personality and adds to the dimensions of a well oiled team! Each one is dedicated, caring, empathetic, motivated and just a riot to be around!

My team and their support is what makes going to work every day an amazing feat! We are constantly laughing, working hard and doing things together.... I would consider my team friends, rather than just co-workers!

LHP definitely offers competitive compensation packages, but the commission structure is a bit lackluster, or non-existent. A great incentive to employees, would be a bonus structure, or some incentive to make a few extra dollars at the end of the day.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
For the most part the environment is positive, inviting and comfortable. But there are those rare occasions that certain individuals can make things a bit uncomfortable, or negative. However, I believe that is everywhere, and there is no where else I would rather be!
