While working at Luma, I have been given opportunities to think of and implement processes to make my work more efficient. While I have certain tasks to get done everyday, I am also able to learn new skills and work on my personal development.

I really feel like I have the freedom to share new ideas and have my opinon matter. The enironment is very fast paced and can be intimitating, but the best thing to do is to jump in and embraced the progress we are making

The environment is very welcoming and everyone is very friendly. People go out of their way to get to know people on other teams.

I feel undervalued because I don't always feel like I am able to reach my full potential. I feel compensation is lower than average in the industry.

Our team gets along very well and are able to effectivelt communicate with each other. We are all willing to jump in and help each other when neccesary.

I am happy when I am challened in the work that I am doing. I also enjoy working with other indiduals who care about the work they are doing.

The leadership team is transparent about their vision for Luma and how they plan on getting us there. They set clear goals and are open to suggestions from anyone on how to better reach them.

Being able to go into an office and interact with people face to face after sitting in front of a computer for so long. I am able to get to know the people I wouldn't typically work with everyday
