The leadership team consist of experienced people with long career in the company. They know the history, the gaps and always try to find the best possible approach to improve some existing gaps. They listen to us actively and support as much as possible.

The best and priceless thing is that my team is so diverse that I can always find different point of view, advise and suggestion that couldn't came to my mind. We have open knowledge share culture and I can rely on the strengths peers have.
