We have created a very united team, we support each other, however I do thin the best thing is we do have a manager that really support us and is there for us to help anytime.

They are always open and willing to hear feedback and ways to improve. They are also transparent about what is being done, what is not possible to do, and what are they trying to do to make it possible.

Depending of the project of course, but I do think generally they are not checking whether if you are in or not certain amount of time, it is just matter of getting the job done and that is it.
