Maritz Loyalty Marketing today announced it has rebranded as Bond Brand Loyalty.
Interview process was great since the team I was looking to be apart of had a great sense of humor from the start.
Leadership needs to work to support their projects. Business side will sell something to the client without consulting IT. Then the business gets upset when IT can't deliver or they can't stay in budget.
I was being paid about 15,000 below my market value (Glassdoor info) despite the fact I was up in the middle of the night testing releases. When it came from my manager that I should be promoted I was told there wasn't enough money to pay me what I was worth.
It would be helpful to have a more collaborative environment since a lot of the projects we work on share similar information. No sense reinventing the wheel if we can avoid it.
