  • Excellent. Many of the staff are full time remote. It will partly depend on your position, but everyone has been able to work at least parttime from home.

  • Listening. Critical awareness. Consideration. Empathy. It's a startup. Not all systems are organized, and if you let yourself get caught up, you'll find yourself getting mad and frustrated at people. We're working through it pretty well. It's a good company to be and grow in, but you'll definitely want to make sure you ask questions and just take it all in.

  • Organization. Scheduling. Customer support is fantastic, but you have to pay attention to what you're doing and how you're communicating. It's a great department and a great team. It helps to know platforms akin to Salesforce and other CRMS and/or data analysis.
