What's the work from home policy like at MarketMuse?
Excellent. Many of the staff are full time remote. It will partly depend on your position, but everyone has been able to work at least parttime from home.

What are the most important soft skills I need to be successful at MarketMuse?
Listening. Critical awareness. Consideration. Empathy. It's a startup. Not all systems are organized, and if you let yourself get caught up, you'll find yourself getting mad and frustrated at people. We're working through it pretty well. It's a good company to be and grow in, but you'll definitely want to make sure you ask questions and just take it all in.
What skills do you need to be successful in the Customer Support department at MarketMuse?
Organization. Scheduling. Customer support is fantastic, but you have to pay attention to what you're doing and how you're communicating. It's a great department and a great team. It helps to know platforms akin to Salesforce and other CRMS and/or data analysis.
