Hectic, challenging, providing/requiring growth, rewarding

Definitely startup work life, but not where you are crashing and burning--must know how to schedule your life though.

I'm comfortable and fulfilled every single day I show up.

I have accomplished more here than in a fraction of the time at former jobs due to the structure, comms and culture.

Accessibility. You can reach anyone within a good time frame usually.

They are open and caring, and create engaging conversations that make me feel like I'm making an impact on our product and company as a whole.

The leadership team is very transparent about where we are and communicating priorities. They value each individual team member and recognize great work and help work through pain points. It's a very friendly environment to be in.

Room to grow, ample bonus structure

The previous questions aren't applicable to all because benefits/stock/equity isn't part of the deal for every employee.

The compensation was based on the average for my area and is, honestly, superior to what I could be making at other local businesses.

My coworkers are my favorite reason for showing up in the morning. Everyone cares 1000% about what we do and it shows in the quality of work and general atmosphere. I can trust the people next to me, learn from them, and I genuinely like them.

Communication is some of the best I've worked with in awhile. People are generally pretty empathetic and busy working. A lot of remote workers, so you have to work at improving how you communicate--a positive.

No one is afraid to express their personality in the workplace, which allows us to feel connected and look out for each other - which breeds a lot of positivity and creative problem-solving.

Everyone's opinion matters and is valued. The team is incredibly efficient and produce high-quality work. I'm excited every day to come into the office.

A pervasive effort to be inclusive and to celebrate wins when they occur.

People are generally cheerful and enjoy what they do and everyone works hard. Not everyone pulls crazy hours, but they also super stress that you maintain sanity and a work-life balance. They'll give you best times to schedule vacation and lay out expectations pretty well.

The culture is fast-paced but human-centric, with a focus on a healthy work/life balance.

The MarketMuse team is an incredibly smart and efficient group of people who really care about ensuring our clients are successful. I learn every day in this environment and aim to contribute to the collaborative, problem-solving nature of the team.

It skewed informal (not a lot of showmanship and doublespeak), so I got an honest understanding of the job, responsibilities, and culture while interviewing. People were forthcoming about the reality of the job, both positive and negative.

They try to make it clear that it's a process that goes both ways--you're here to see if they are a good fit for you too, not just that you're applying for a job and they are judging you. Very personal in a good way.

I got to meet the CEO and other founders in person and interact in a live working environment.

I interacted with team members outside of the formal interviews. I was able to see what the environment was like, how the team interacted with one another and get a better sense of the culture than what interviewers were telling me.

This fantastic group of people makes it very easy to come into the office every day and crush it. Nobody complains, there's always positive energy, and everyone wants to get their job done and help their peers do the same.

The people. My coworkers are brilliant, driven, kind individuals with a wide range of experience and skill sets. The environment encourages us to learn and support one another. I genuinely like the people around me and feel that I am benefitting professionally from our interactions.
