The franchise owner, Rhiannon Bransford only cares about her money and has no interest in assisting her employees or clients. Whenever you try to talk with her about a concern, she is very disrespectful and hostile. The environment is so unprofessional and dreary.
Was hired based on an ad for an assistant manager for full time. Found out after I got hired that it was for a front desk position and I didn't get full time hours. The manager kept cutting my hour. One week I didn't even get 25.

Very. It's challenging to not cause waves when the cleanliness lacks so much that the local governing and state board would shut them down in a heart beat.
