Great culture. Great product. Struggle with back end solutions and reporting.

What is the best part about your compensation package at Matterport?
Given RSU based on your work duration which I find that it is better than stock options where typically it is 15% lower than the market price. Only con is that you are locked in for 4 years to get the full "award"

Pretty balanced. We have laundry service and gas service.
